Late Arrival or Student Absence

Late Arrivals

All students should be in their classrooms by 9:10 am.  If a student arrives after 9:10 am you will need to use door A to sign them in.  Please don't drop off students unattended at the office.  An adult must sign the student in.


Please report absences and late arrivals (ex doctor/dentist appointment) by 9:20 am. You can do this by calling the Raymond Absence Line at 937-578-7215 or by emailing [email protected].

*If the student has a doctor's appointment, please ask for a doctor's excuse and have the student provide the note to the office the following day.

Birthday/Holiday Celebrations

Outside Food Policy

Please be aware that all elementary buildings ask that families not send food items to school for class parties or as birthday treats. This decision was made in order to provide a safe environment for all of our students. We still love to celebrate these special events, but we do so without edible treats. If you are interested in sending in something for your child’s birthday,
some ideas include pencils, bubbles, book marks, or even donating a new book to the classroom library! Your child’s teacher might also have some ideas for the classroom.
We appreciate your cooperation.

Lunch Information

Lunch times for 2022-2023 school year are listed below.

  • Kindergarten: 11:10 am-11:40 am

  • First Grade: 11:55 am-12:25 pm

  • Second Grade: 12:20 pm - 12:50 pm

  • Third Grade: 11:45 am- 12:15 pm

  • Fourth Grade: 12:55 pm- 1:25 pm

We Love Volunteers at Raymond!

We love to have volunteers at Raymond!

If you would like to volunteer you will need to fill out the below forms and return to the Raymond Office. 

Marysville Schools will collect important "Back to School" information via an online format from parents for the 2023-2024 school year.  Parents will submit required "Back to School" information via your PowerSchool Parent Portal.  The PowerSchool Parent Portal is the same program in which you access your child’s online report card and or how you recently enrolled your child in our district.  

Parents will be able to access "Back to School" information via your PowerSchool Parent Portal at 5:00 PM, on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.

If you are unable to access your PowerSchool Parent Portal, please contact your child's school office beginning August 2, 2023.  You can also utilize the “Forgot Username or Password” option, if needed.  

In early August, if you are unable to access the internet or experience difficulties, computer access will be made available during Open House/Meet the Teacher on August 14, 2023, 4:30 -  6:00 pm. School fees can be paid online or in person at during Open House/Meet the Teacher night.
