2022-2023 School Year Enrollment
Marysville Schools is now enrolling all students online. If you are unable to complete the entire enrollment process online please see the appointment procedures below for further information.
ENROLLMENT STEPS:
-Step 1: Please Click on the appropriate ENROLLMENT EXPRESS link provided below to start the enrollment process.
* Your enrollment information will be reviewed by the Enrollment Specialist for the district within 1 to 2 business days. Once reviewed, and if accepted, you will receive an email on how to create a Parent account or how to add this child to your existing Parent account. This will also include further instructions to continue the enrollment process.
* If you receive an email that your enrollment information has been rejected please contact Shannon Bretz, Enrollment Specialist, at [email protected] or by calling 937-578-6145.

-Step 2: Once the online forms have been completed for your student/students, you will need to supply Shannon with the following information:
**Proof of Residence MUST be one of the following:
- Current gas, electric, or water bill that has your or your spouse's name and address
- Lease or rental agreement signed by both the landlord and yourself
- Mortgage Statement
- Signed purchase agreement or settlement statement for a new home
(must be followed up with gas, water, or electric bill)
- If living with another family and none of the above bills are in your name,
you will need to complete a Residency Affidavit - Residency Affidavit.pdf
**All paperwork required in Step 2 can be turned in through email, fax, your cell phone, in person, or the brown dropbox outside of Central Office's main entrance. (1000 Edgewood Dr.) You can find more guidance in the highlighted areas below.**
-Step 3: You will receive an ENROLLMENT COMPLETE email from the Enrollment Specialist once everything has been processed.
** PLEASE UNDERSTAND, YOUR STUDENT IS NOT ENROLLED UNTIL THE ONLINE FORMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED, YOU HAVE SUPPLIED ALL THE NEEDED ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS, AND YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN ENROLLMENT COMPLETE EMAIL FROM THE ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST. **
REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT PROCEDURES
If you are unable to complete the entire enrollment process online, you must call or email Shannon Bretz to discuss the next steps.
The following in-person procedures will be implemented in order to promote an efficient and safe/healthy experience. Thank you for your understanding.
Only 1 parent/guardian may attend the appointment - no children;
We will not ask if you are vaccinated in regards to COVID-19; we do encourage you to wear a mask if you are not vaccinated to your appointment.
If a parent/guardian has a temperature of 100.4 or higher or does not feel well, please reschedule with Shannon Bretz or follow other instructions communicated by her in order to complete the enrollment process.
If you are more than 10 minutes late or do not have all of the documents listed above, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Document Drop Off:
There is a Brown Dropbox right outside of Central Office's main entrance that you can drop your copied documents in. Please place your documents inside the lower portion of the dropbox and Shannon will contact you to let you know if you are good to go or if there is something that she still needs.

Please call 937-578-6100 or let us know by ringing the doorbell on the brick wall to the left of Central Office's main entrance.
FUN FACT:
Did you know if you have a cell phone you can scan your documents and email them?
Here are the steps:
iPhone users:
* Open the Notes App. on your iPhone.
* Start a new note by hitting the paper and pencil icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
* Hit the Camera Icon and select Scan Documents.
* Take the picture of your item to be scanned
* Select Keep Scan or Retake if your picture is blurry
- if you are taking multiple pictures you can continue to take pictures until done.
* Select Save
* Open the document you just saved
* Hit the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner
* Select Send a Copy
* Select Mail
Android users:
* Open the Google Drive App on your Android Device.
* Tap the "+" in the bottom right corner of the screen
* Select Scan
* Take the picture of your item to be scanned
* Select OK or Retake if your picture is blurry
- if you are taking multiple pictures you can hit the "+" in the bottom left corner
* Select Save
* Open your Google Drive
* Hit the 3 lines inside the search box and select recent
* Open the Document
* Select the three little dots
* Select send a copy
* Select email
