-Step 1: Email the District Registrar, Shannon Bretz, at [email protected] or call her at 937-578-6145.
In your email or during your phone call, you will need to provide your child's full legal name, birthdate, address, phone number, grade level, and parent's email address. We will also ask if you would like your student to attend Hybrid or Virtual Learning for the school year. You can read more on these options here: 20-21 School Options
-Step 2: Then you will be emailed a link to follow in order to create your parent account and complete the online pre-registration forms.
-Step 3: Once the online forms have been completed for your student/students, please email or call Shannon Bretz at 937-578-6145 to let her know. PLEASE UNDERSTAND, YOUR STUDENT IS NOT YET ENROLLED AT THIS POINT. After completing the online forms and notifying Shannon you will move on to the next step.
-Step 4: At this point, Shannon will then email a few forms for you to complete and send back as well as collect the following information from you:
REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT PROCEDURES
If you are unable to complete the entire enrollment process online, you must call or email Shannon Bretz to discuss the next steps.
Due to COVID-19, the following in-person procedures will be implemented in order to promote a healthy and safe experience for you and our MEVSD employees. Thank you for your understanding.
Only 1 parent/guardian may attend the appointment - no students
Parent/Guardian will be required to wear a mask
If you arrive early, you will be asked to wait in your vehicle / outside until your appointment time
The parent/guardian attending the appointment will be required to answer a basic health screening questionnaire
You will not be permitted to enter the Central Office building.
If a parent/guardian cannot successfully pass the screening questionnaire or has a temperature of 100.4 or higher, you will have to reschedule with Shannon Bretz or follow other instructions communicated by her in order to complete the enrollment process.
Document Drop Off:
*If you have copies of all your documents made to drop off, please ring the bell and let us know you are here for document drop off. There is a Brown Dropbox right outside of our Main Entry Area that you can drop your copied documents in. Please place your documents inside the lower portion of the dropbox and Shannon will contact you to let you know if you are good to go or if there is something that she still needs.
If you need copies made of documents:
*Please call 937-578-6100 or let us know by ringing the doorbell. We will come out to grab your documents, take them in, copy them, and then bring them back out to you.

Did you know if you have a Cell Phone you can scan your documents and email them?
Here are the steps:
iPhone users:
* Open the Notes App. on your iPhone.
* Start a new note by hitting the paper and pencil icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
* Hit the Camera Icon and select Scan Documents.
* Take the picture of your item to be scanned
* Select Keep Scan or Retake if your picture is blurry
- if you are taking multiple pictures you can continue to take pictures until done.
* Select Save
* Open the document you just saved
* Hit the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner
* Select Send a Copy
* Select Mail
Android users:
* Open the Google Drive App on your Android Device.
* Tap the "+" in the bottom right corner of the screen
* Select Scan
* Take the picture of your item to be scanned
* Select OK or Retake if your picture is blurry
- if you are taking multiple pictures you can hit the "+" in the bottom left corner
* Select Save
* Open your Google Drive
* Hit the 3 lines inside the search box and select recent
* Open the Document
* Select the three little dots
* Select send a copy
* Select email
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORMS DUE TO LACK OF COMPUTER ACCESS, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN BUILD EXTRA TIME INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT, OTHERWISE, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
