MEAL INFORMATION

PaySchools Central replacing EZPay effective July 1, 2025

As of July 1, 2025, the Marysville Exempted Village School District will no longer use EZPay, as the company has ceased updating its platform. As a result, our district is transitioning to PaySchools Central as our new financial platform. Families will be able to use PaySchools to add funds for meals, instructional fees, participation fees, and more. This transition reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering a more secure, modern, and user-friendly payment experience. 

PaySchool Central will allow families to complete the online free and reduced application.  Once you register as a user, log back into Payschool Central, and the free and reduced application will be available to complete, if applicable.

Any remaining funds on a student's EZPay Account will be automatically transferred to PaySchools. Payments may still be made using cash or check. When accessing PaySchools for the first time, users will be prompted to create a username and password.

Like EZPay, a convenience fee will be charged per transaction. A $2.50 per credit card transaction or $1.50 per ACH (checking) transaction.

Helpful Hints:

  • Please be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder in case the PaySchools email doesn’t get to your inbox. 
  • Please be sure to have your student’s school ID number available when setting up your account. You can access your child’s 5-digit student ID number via your PowerSchool Parent Portal account. 
  • A PaySchools Central app on the registration page is available as well for your convenience.
