Legal notice for public bid
Sealed bids will be received by Marysville exempted village School district until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, January 27th. 2026 at the treasurer's office 212 Chestnut Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040 and open and read immediately thereafter for all labor material and services necessary for the bidding of the district pavement improvements summer 2026 as described in the contract documents prepared by Schorr Architects, Inc.

Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Contract documents may be examined without charge during business hours at Schorr Architects, Inc. 230 Bradenton Avenue Dublin, Ohio 43017. They may also be examined online at www.dcplanroom.com and online for members of Dodge Construction at www.construction.com. There will be a cost to obtain these documents. Verify with DC. Reprographics.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, January 13th. 2026 at the main entrance to Marysville high School 800 Amrine Mill road, Marysville, Ohio 43040 bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. All bids must be accompanied by a completed bid form and completed bid guarantee contract bond form as described in the instructions to bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The board of education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids to reject any or all bids and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the spot responsibility of a bidder.
