Some of the services they will be offering to students include dental exams, teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and dental sealants. The program is open to all students. If you are interested in your student visiting with the Mobile Dentist, please see the attached flyer. Consent Forms should be turned in to the Creekview office by Monday, September 13.
