Attention All Dodgeball Lovers:
Creekview Student Council will be hosting a
Dodgeball tournament!
March 28th-March 29th-Possibly March 30th
Some Dodgeball information:
$20 per team = $4 per player
Teams need to have at least 4 players, but up to 5 maximum players
Teams must have at least 2 boys and 2 girls and consist of either all 5th or all 6th graders.
Captains - pick up paperwork in the office or from Mrs. Taylor & turn in completed paperwork to Mrs. Taylor (D98) 6th grade Orange team.
Every player must have a permission form filled out and turned in.
