Congratulations to MEVSD's Sean Richardson, Katie Krueger, Swaraj Patnaik, and Megan Melish for earning high honors in the National Merit Scholarship Program.

Sean Richardson, who has been named a 2021 semifinalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program. Sean scored in the top 16,000 out of nearly 1.5 million students who took the PSAT. This puts him in the top 1% of all students in the country. He will now be competing for some 7,600 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $31 million dollars next spring. Congratulations Sean on this prestigious honor and good luck in the competition.

Katie Krueger, Swaraj Patnaik, and Megan Melish scored in the top 50,000 out of nearly 1.5 million students who took the PSAT.  This puts them in the top 3.33% of all students in the country. Congratulations to Katie and Megan on this prestigious honor of being named National Merit Scholarship Program Commended students.
