Jermaine Ferguson - President
Jermaine Ferguson is a resident of Marysville with his wife Anita and their four young children Judah, Julianna, Alexia, and Alexander. A Marysville graduate of the class of 2008, a veteran of the United State Marine Corps, and an advocate for children and youth in the child welfare system and the military and veteran community. Jermaine currently serves on various nonprofit and community boards and the Planning Commission of the City of Marysville.

Matt Keller - Vice President
Matt Keller and his wife, Jennifer, have lived in Marysville since 2005. Matt has three children in the Marysville Exempted Village School District. Matt has 21 years of public education experience, 17 years as an administrator. He has been a Marysville Schools Teacher and Coach. Matt currently owns and operates a small business in Marysville.

Tonya Mabry
Tonya Mabry and her husband, Dale, moved to Marysville in 2009, although they've called Union County home since their marriage in 1998. Tonya is a local business owner and a former Fortune 100 project manager with over 18 years of experience in the data center and computer support industry. She served several years on the Board of Trustees for both Union County Tourism and the Chamber of Commerce. Actively involved in her community, Tonya is also a member of the Ohio Craft Brewers Association, the Ohio Wine Producers Association, and Marysville Grace Church, where she serves on the worship team.

Erin McIntosh
Erin McIntosh is a Marysville resident, parent, and executive leader with more than 20 years of experience strengthening governance, accountability, and organizational performance.
She is honored to be considered for service on the Marysville Exempted Village School District Board of Education and is deeply committed to supporting the success of students, families, educators, and the broader community.
Erin currently serves as Vice President of Global Data Operations at CNA Insurance, where she leads a global organization responsible for the cultural and technological transformation of how data is governed and used. In this role, she brings together business, technology, legal, and risk leaders to build trusted systems, improve transparency, and ensure responsible stewardship of critical resources—experience that closely parallels the fiduciary and oversight responsibilities of a local school board.
Previously, Erin held senior leadership roles across the insurance and consulting industries, leading large-scale modernization initiatives, managing complex budgets, and guiding organizations through periods of change with discipline and clarity. Throughout her career, she has focused on building strong teams, establishing clear accountability, and aligning strategy to long-term outcomes.
Erin holds an MBA in Strategy and Analytics and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She lives in Marysville with her family and believes strong public schools require thoughtful governance, fiscal responsibility, and collaboration grounded in local values.

Leigh Ann Shepherd
Leigh Ann Shepherd and her husband, Patrick, have been proud members of the Marysville community since 2007. As parents of three daughters active in Marysville Schools clubs, the performing arts, and athletics, they value the strong partnerships between families, educators, and schools. As a small business owner, Leigh Ann works closely with students, families, and educators to support the development of positive behavioral skills and strengthen student success.
