PLEASE NOTE: This information will be open for the public to see from our website. By submitting your information, you acknowledge that Marysville Schools is not responsible for any consequences from posting your information on our website.  If you submit your information and want it removed, please contact Amy Weinbrecht at 937-578-6100 or email her at [email protected]  Parents/Guardians will access your information submitted through this child care form and may reach out to you directly to inquire about possible child care services.
