If you are a current student and need a copy of your transcript, please stop in the guidance office to fill out a transcript release and request form.
If you are a past graduate and need a copy of your transcript please follow these steps:
Update April 21, 2020 - Due to Covid-19, transcripts well need to be emailed. Please provide the college admissions email address that is accepting official transcripts. Thank you!
2. A signature is required to complete the request. A digitally signed copy can be accepted but you will only be prompted to sign the form if you have Acrobat 6.0 or higher and use Internet Explorer. If you do not have a digital signature it gives you the option to create a new one.
3. Pay $5 for the official transcript. Payments can be made by check, exact cash, or by using a credit card with an SPSEZpay account (directions to setup an account are on the transcript request form). If you are a member of MHS Class of 2019 you do not need to pay for the transcript.
4. To return the request, you may fax it to 937.578.6223, mail it to Marysville High School, Transcript Request, 800 Amrine Mill Road, Marysville, OH 43040, email it to [email protected]
(subject Transcript Request) or drop it off at the high school during posted hours.
