Hello! My name is Anda Goodman and I love teaching at Raymond Elementary. We have the best kids at this school. Here is a little bit of information about me.
I’m from and still live in southern Marion County, close to Waldo. I graduated from Kent State University in 1995 with a B.S. in Environmental Science. After a few years living in Colorado, I moved back to Ohio to become a teacher and received my M.Ed. from The Ohio State University in 2001. “GO BUCKS!”
My husband and I spent the last four years rushing all over Ohio to watch my stepdaughter's many volleyball, show choir and softball games. She is currently 19 years old and taking a break from college. We spend our new found time traveling. Additionally, I love to read and will curl up with a good book any chance I can get.
I've been with Marysville schools since 2001. All my years have been in fourth grade and I currently teach math, science and social studies. A typical day in my classroom will be filled with singing, dancing and acting. I also have a tendency to nickname all of my students. I can’t wait to get the year started, teaching kids about their brains, mindset and tapping their interests.
