At the May 10th special board meeting, the Marysville EVSD school board voted to amend the levy contingency plan previously approved at their January 19, 2023 regular meeting. Marysville, OH – With the failure of the emergency levy on the May 2, 2023, ballot, Marysville Schools has announced that they will begin implementing a contingency plan to address budget shortfalls. The 8.4-mill emergency operating levy, intended to maintain current programs and daily operations, did not pass, leaving the district to face significant financial challenges.
