Attention Seniors! Cedar Point tickets are on sale during your lunch periods. Tickets will be sold in the school store. The last day to buy your ticket is Friday, April 25th. The cost for tickets is $60.00 to cover your ticket and bus ride. You must have your student fees paid before you can purchase a ticket.

Otterbein University and the Girl Scouts are offering a “Go Lead Academy” for girls in grades 9 – 11. This is a 5 day academy running June 22nd – 26th at Otterbein University. Participants from across the state of Ohio will experience a program designed to introduce issues that affect our world and help an elite group of young ladies develop advocacy skills and learn how to effect social change. If you are interested in learning more about the program, please pick up an informational flyer and application in the Guidance Office.

Deadline to apply is: May 1st

Anyone interested in Marching Band Color guard may pick up an information packet from Mr. Thissen in the MHS Band room. Clinics begin Friday April 25 with final auditions on Wednesday May 14. Don’t miss the opportunity to become part of the award winning MHS Marching Band.

Attention 9th and 10th graders interested in the outdoor careers program at Hi-Point. There will be a special exploration day on April 25th at Hi-Point to see the outdoor careers facility and talk with staff. Space is limited so please see your guidance counselor if interested.

Applications will be due back with character letters and letter of recommendation by April 22nd to room A123 by 3:30 PM. Please see Mrs. Koukis if you have any questions.

Coming soon to a town near you is a blood-thirsty, man eating plant with an evil mission to take over the world!! Don’t miss Marysville High School’s production of Little Shop of Horrors this weekend-- April 25th and 26th, at 7 pm and Sunday the 27th at 3 pm. Ticket prices are $6 for students and Senior Citizens and $8 for adults. Tickets are available at the door. Come support your talented classmates as they put on this fun, edgy musical intended to entertain young adults. And remember…. “Don’t feed the plants!”

Attention all students 16 years and older. The Red Cross blood drive is this Wednesday April 23rd and we need MANY more students to sign up to give blood. PLEASE stop in room C112 and sign up today. See Mrs. White with questions.

There will be no Stand for the Silent meeting tonight after school. We will meet again next Monday, April 28.
