Community Member JL Herron Earns ServeOhio Award
When ServeOhio was looking for someone in central Ohio to give this award, they did not have to look any further than JL Herron.

JL Herron has committed himself to serving his community with a focus on cycling. JL volunteers for The Adaptive Adventure Sports Coalition (TAASC) which builds adapted bicycles for students with special needs and injured veterans. He is also a volunteer advisor for the Moving Gears Bike Shop program that meets during BASE at Bunsold Middle School. This program receives donated bicycles from the community and teaches students important hands-on life skills. Students are installed with a confidence that they can diagnose and fix nearly any problem because of the skills they gained from this program.

We are extremely happy that JL has spent time giving back to his community and the students in the Bunsold After School Enrichment program!
