Due to last year's positive feedback in regards to the grades 7-12 online pilot, we are expanding "Back to School" information to an online format for K-12 parents for the 2018-2019 school year. Parents will submit required "Back to School" information via your PowerSchool Parent Portal. The PowerSchool Parent Portal is the same program in which you access your child’s online report card. If you are new to Marysville Schools, it is the same portal you recently utilized to enroll your child. Parents of newly enrolled children will also need to submit "Back To School" information once the portal opens.
Parents will be able to access "Back to School" information via your PowerSchool Parent Portal starting Thursday, August 2 at 5:00 PM. If you are unable to access your PowerSchool Parent Portal, you can utilize the “Forgot Username or Password” option. If needed, you can contact your child's school office on August 3 pertaining to your username/password. If you have the PowerSchool App on your phone/tablet, you will need to utilze a computer or web browswer on your phone/tablet as the App will not allow you to gain access to the required forms.
If you are unable to access the internet or experience difficulties, limited computer access will be made available during Open House or Schedule Pick-Up events at your child's school. If you do not complete your online forms before attending your school's Open House or Schedule Pick-Up event, you may experience additional wait time. We encourage you to complete all online forms before these events.
School fees can be paid online or in person at your child’s Open House or Schedule Pick-Up event. Please see your child's building website for more information.

This new approach to submitting "Back to School" information will provide opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness for parents and staff.
If you are impacted by an open enrollment (living outside of Marysville Schools) application or an intradistrict transfer (K-4 families requesting another school) application, decisions will be communicated to you no later than Monday, August 6.
