  • Students interested in serving as peer collaborators first semester must sign up by this Friday at 4 PM. We still need collaborators in English 9, Government, Health, Multiple Disabilities, Physical Science, Spanish 2, AG Animal and Fisheries classes, Art 1 and Art & Design. Sign up information is available in the guidance office.

Once you have signed up, please check the peer collaboration room assignment list posted in the guidance office on Tuesday morning. Report to your assigned room on Tuesday. Training will take place during your lunch period on Wednesday.

 

  • Stop by the school store to get your Club NC4K t-shirts to wear at next Friday's "yellow out" game... Each shirt is only $10 and money goes to cancer research for kids

 

  • Any student interested in writing for the In the Halls please stop by Mrs. Burns Room B227 to sign up and receive some brief information on Wednesday, September 9 at 2:50. In the Halls is a publication which appears in our local Marysville Journal Tribune about what is happening here at the high school.

 

  • Are you interested in some female bonding this fall? Auditions for the fall play Steel Magnolias are Tuesday, September 8th from 3-5 pm in the MHS auditorium. All interested female performers should prepare a monologue for auditions. See Ms. Everitt or Mrs. Hinderer for questions.

 

  • Attention students!!  FCCLA ( Family, Community, Career, Leaders of America)  will be meeting Tuesday September 8th.  right after school in room C110.  Election of officers and choosing the program activities for this school year will be decided..  Come and check it out!  See Mrs. White in room C112 with questions

 

  • Hey Monarchs! Mark your calendars for Homecoming week! Homecoming week starts on September 14th, and ends with the Homecoming dance on September 19th from 8-11. Entry for the Homecoming dance will be $10 per person at the door. This years Homecoming theme is Beach Party. Seniors will be Surfing in the USA. Juniors will be Tiki/Luau Party. Sophomores will be Under the Sea, and Freshmen will be Shipwrecked. Stay tuned for more details!
