will meet on Tuesday, Sept. 23 at 2:45 in room A208. Come and join us while we educate ourselves
and learn to educate others about what bullying is and how we can go about

If you are no longer needing your elevator key please return it to Mrs. Phlipot
in the main office.
The library club is starting its school spirit fundraiser to support the
library media center. Available for
purchase in the library are: pom-poms $2
each or a pair for $3, ornaments of
the school or monarch lion $7 each or
monarch key chains for $5 each. The
following students won some spirit prizes for their participation in the ebook
demonstration held in the library.
Jamie Hites, Karly Zitello and Alana Cross please stop by the library to
pick up your prize.
The Athletic Department and Coach Ray Cusack are trying to get a bowling team
started at Marysville High School. If
you are interested please sign up in the athletic office by Friday, September
26. We would like to start this fall.
Official practices would begin in early November and the regular season would
be complete by the end of January. Boys
and Girls are both welcome!

sign up to go to France during this
spring break. The price is cheaper now
than it will be in October so sign up now!

Attention All students: There will a RED CROSS blood drive on Monday September
29th. If you are 16 and older you can
donate. Sign up for an appointment time in Room C112 with Mrs. White. 16 year olds will need a parent permission
form signed. Pick one up in room C112.
PSAT Registration Information
Marysville High School will be offering the PSAT on October 15, 2014. Current
10th and 11th grade students may pay and register for the test in the athletic
office September 16 through October 1, 2014. The price of the test is $15.
Students must bring exact cash or a check (payable to: Marysville High School)
in order to register for the test and receive the PSAT student guide booklet.
Why should you participate?
· PSAT
is great preparation for the SAT.
· 11th
grade students may qualify for the National Merit Scholarship Program.
· All
participants receive an official score report (December) identifying which of
their answers are correct/incorrect with specific information on how to
improve.
· Test
takers receive access to the free online resource – My College QuickStart.
Don’t wait to register for the PSAT! Quantities are limited. Tests are
available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
