  • Talented Singers, Monarch Idol prelims are Feb. 11. Sign up in Mrs. Kozak’s room B228 by Feb. 4. The first-round singers will be narrowed down to a top 7 who will need to be available for the April 15 finale.

 

  • If you are interested in auditioning for the musical and missed
    the first day of auditions due to Monday’s snow day, let Mrs. Hainrihar or Ms.
    Everitt know and plan on coming for the first part of auditions on Thursday
    after school in the auditorium.

 

  • Battle of the Bands is Feb. 26th! Sign up in 220A. We are looking
    for bands, lip sync acts, humorous skits, and parody songs. Get practicing!

 

  • Are you looking for a hands on class that also counts as an advanced science class?  Check out the courses listed on pages 41-44 of your course description book.  These classes teach advanced science concepts using one of the following topics:  Animals, Plants, Mechanics or Natural Resources.  If you are interested in one of these four areas you will find NUMEROUS classes that focus on ONE of these areas.  Check out pages 41-44 of your course description book to find the course listing options or see Mrs. Thompson, Mr. Keck or Mrs. Anderson in E hallway for more details!!!

 

  • MHS Senior students who are planning to attend college in 2015 are invited to attend FAFSA Completion Night on Wednesday, February 4th at 5:30 p.m. College financial aid representatives will help you file the FAFSA form online. To attend the session, register in the Guidance Office

 

  • Attention all AP Students.   

Please check your email as
important information was sent about the upcoming opportunities to take the Advanced Placement tests this spring.

Attached to the email is the FEE Reduction Letter.  If you qualify please return the completed form to the Guidance office no later than Wednesday, February 4th.
This deadline is firm as AP will not accept late submissions.

If you did not receive the email, please see Mrs. Erdy in the Guidance office,  ASAP for a hard copy.

 

  • Junior girls interested in applying for The American Legion Buckeye Girls State program can pick up a questionnaire from
    Mr. Scherer in Room 256. Questionnaires are due back by Feb 19th
