The team that consists of Zach Shafer, Connor Kennedy, Sameer Parashar, Natalie Kersten, Gracie Leonard, Ben Warden (all Bunsold students) and Will Warden from Mill Valley performed in the Technical Challenge (A): Dig In. They had to place objects in containers, and construct equipment to detect and remove the objects from the containers, and move them across a finish line. They also created a skit to go with the challenge. Our skit involved different fairy tale characters, and the kids created elaborate costumes and backdrops.

The Psychedelic Souls is a Creekview Intermediate School DI team made up of
six talented young ladies: Rachel Morgan, Skyler Saunders, Annalece
Willoughby, Skyler Ross, Carly Willey, and Jaida Rich.  The team competed
in the "Laugh Art Loud" challenge which required them to create a
story based on a famous piece of art. They had to present that story in the
form of a comic strip and make their own art form based on the artist they
chose.  Our team chose to do a story called PHOTO BOMB about the possible
"behind the scenes" antics that may occur during an Anne Geddes baby
photo shoot.  They won first place in their challenge and also won the
Renaissance Award for creativity in their set design and performance. 
They are excited to be heading to the State Tournament in April.
