Next week, Savannah College of Art & Design, Ohio State Cosmetology, Ashland University, Ohio University, Ohio State University and Ohio State Marion will be here. Register in the guidance office.

• If you are interested in joining the Tech Club there will be a gathering Thursday during Monarch Period in Room B226 and also a meeting after school on Thursday if you would like to attend.  Officers will be elected at the after school meeting on Thursday, Room B226. See Mrs. Gordon or Mrs. Burns if you have questions.

• Pro Terra Nova will meet after school today in B142 to recycle.  It's a good way to earn volunteer or community service hours and to help us keep our school green and clean.

• If you would like to be a part of the 2016 Mock Trial program, please see Mr. Schultz in room D255 to sign up. All students are invited to be a part of the program. Please sign up no later than Friday, October 9th

• Calling all writers: the Vibe is accepting scary story submissions for the month of October. You can submit a story with a 500 word limit to [email protected] by Oct. 16 for a chance to be published in this month’s Vibe. See Mrs. Kozak in room B228 for more details.

• Sophomores through Seniors!  Want to increase your ACT score?  MHS is hosting an ACT Test Prep Workshop on October 17th. Students must bring exact cash or a check to the athletic office to sign up. The cost is $40. Mr. Dan Morrison's students have experienced one to four point increases in their scores. A one point increase can make a big difference in scholarships and the college admissions process.

• Powder Puff shirts will be on sale thru Weds., Oct.7th.  They are $10.00
