Welcome to
fourth grade! My name is Mrs. Counts and I am one of the fourth grade
teachers here at Edgewood. Let me tell you a little bit about
myself. I live in the country with my two boys, Blake and Gage, and our two dogs Daisy and Thor. I enjoy reading,
gardening, and sewing among other things.
I have lived,
attended school, and now teach in Marysville. I love Marysville and
I am proud of our schools and our community. Go Monarchs!! After graduating
from Marysville High School I attended OSU where I earned my Masters in
Education. Shortly after graduating I obtained my first teaching job
right here at Edgewood. I spent the first 6 years teaching first
grade before moving up to fourth grade where I have been ever since. This is my 15th year of teaching! I am excited for another school
year with new students, new learning, and lots of new experiences! :)
