About the 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant
BASE holds Union County's first and currently only 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant. This is a highly-competitive grant that is funded for 5 years, with the funding decreasing in years 4 and 5.
It is through this grant that BASE is able to provide scholarships for students who are in need of program services. Students eligibility is determined by academic and/or financial need.Bunsold is very fortunate to have these funds, but sustainability is critical to the program continuation. Community partners enhance our program and create relationships with our students that strengthen our community.
If you, your business or an organization that you work with is interested in contributing financially or in-kind to the BASE program, please contact Nichelle Harris at 937-578-6134.
